Inlet starts their 18th season right after Labor Day, and with 5 performances and a WORLD PREMIERE in the month of September, they will jump right back in where they left off. Below is some information about how you can see Inlet and help us celebrate the kick off of Inlet Dance Theatre’s 18th season!
Sept. 7 at 7:00pm: FREE Annual Dance Showcase at Playhouse Square — TICKETS. Inlet’s Joshua Brown and Dominic Moore-Dunson will be performing the duet, “Walk With Me.”
Sept. 8 at 7:00pm: Cleveland Public Theatre‘s annual fundraising extravaganza, Pandemonium: Labyrinth of Desire — TICKETS. Inlet will be performing an excerpt from the work, “Nature Displays” as well as making appearances throughout the night as other strolling character.
Sept. 15 at 7:30pm: WORLD PREMIERE of “The ‘Black Card’ Project” at Firestone Community Learning Center. Created by Dominic Moore-Dunson in collaboration with Kevin Parker and co-produced by Inlet Dance Theatre — TICKETS are free. For more information, click here!
Sept. 16 – Sept. 23: Inlet’s Bill Wade travels to Belhaven University for a week-long residency with Dominic Moore-Dunson and Joshua Brown. They will teach several masterclasses and workshops in Non-Traditional Partnering, Improvisation, and Erick Hawkins release technique and then perform in the Public Dance Concert on Sept. 22. Sept. 23 at 3:00pm: Inlet will be performing at the Rocky River Presbyterian Church for their Artist Concert Series. This series aims to offer audiences the ability to enjoy live professional art in a comfortable, intimate setting. Admission and parking are free and are open to the public. Both Inlet’s Trainee & Apprentice Program and the Company Members will be performing for this concert. Click HERE for more information.
Sept. 28: Inlet’s Katie McGaha will perform “Getting to Zero: a survivor’s tale” at theSalvation Army Annual Civic Luncheon focused on bringing awareness to the issue of human trafficking and recognizing the work of the newly formed Hue Jackson Foundation: Combatting Human Trafficking.
